Cost of life partnership registration
Persons intending to register a life partnership are obligated to pay administrative fees for:
If the life partnership ceremony is to be held out of the official premises, a special charge for this is due in addition to the above administrative fees. The amount of this charge will depend on:
- the notice of the intention to register a life partnership, a fee of 70 HRK, and
- life partnership ceremony before a registrar, a fee of 140 HRK.
If the life partnership ceremony is to be held out of the official premises, a special charge for this is due in addition to the above administrative fees. The amount of this charge will depend on:
- the distance of the desired location of the life partnership ceremony from the official premises,
- the desired time of the ceremony,
- whether the ceremony is taking place on a Sunday, holiday or non-working day.
