2022 European Award on Quality in Youth Volunteering

The National Call Centre for Victims of Crimes and Misdemeanours (NPC) is the winner of the 2022 European Award on Quality in Youth Volunteering.

The National Call Centre for Victims of Crimes and Misdemeanours NPC 116-006 (NPC) was established in cooperation of the Ministry of Justice and Public Administration and the Victim and Witness Support Service Croatia, in accordance with the Commission Decision of 15 February 2007 on reserving the national numbering range beginning with 116 for harmonised numbers for harmonised services of social value.
 
The National Call Centre for Victims of Crimes and Misdemeanours is located in the premises of the Ministry of Justice and Public Administration, which oversees the work of the Call Centre and provides financial support through funds from games of chance.
