Register of unpaid fines
Data from the Register of unpaid fines are not publically available, and, under the Ordinance on Misdemeanour Records and Register of Unpaid fines, access to data from the Register is only allowed to bodies competent for the following functions:
- issuance and renewal of driving licenses,
- motor vehicle registration and registration renewal, and
- other bodies authorised by a special law.
Citizens and legal persons who are denied a right in accordance with the Misdemeanour Act can receive all the data necessary for the payment of a fine by a police officer and/or an employee of the motor vehicle testing station.
