Special Advisers to the Minister

Under the Government Act, a member of the Government may, subject to the consent of the Prime Minister, appoint a special adviser.

Legislation on the employment of civil servants does not apply to the appointments of special advisers.

At the Ministry of Justice and Public Administration, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Bosiljka Britvić Vetma has been appointed as Special Adviser to the Minister for Administrative Law and Administrative Court Proceedings, serving without remuneration.

Pursuant to Article 23(10) of the Government Act, data on special advisers are published on a standard form, in accordance with the Government Decision on the content of forms on data about special advisers and members of councils.
