Register of Marriages

The Register of Marriages contains records of all marriages concluded in the Republic of Croatia as well as the marriages of Croatian citizens concluded abroad. 
 

Marriages concluded abroad

They are recorded on the basis of a copy from the register of marriages of a foreign authority, issued in the country where the marriage was concluded. A record of marriage is made in the registry office according to the domicile of the person(s) in Croatia.
