- drafting proposals of laws and other regulations governing the organisation of the judiciary;
- tasks relating to the work of legal practitioners;
- organisation and delivery of professional examinations in the judicial system;
- tasks relating to the notary public services;
- tasks relating to the work of insolvency administrators and trustees in personal bankruptcy proceedings, permanent court appraisers and permanent court interpreters;
- tasks relating to the security of judicial institutions.
