The Departments at county courts are also competent for the municipal and misdemeanour courts within the jurisdiction of the county court. 
You may contact a Victim and Witness Support Department of a court even if you don’t live on the territory of its jurisdiction.
 
The support officers and volunteers do cannot provide legal advice, psychological counselling or therapy, or discuss the content of the victim’s or witness’s testimony.
