The overall objective of the project is to increase the performance quality of civil servants in the prison and probation system and victim and witness support system.
The project aims to develop and strengthen human resources at three important levels: (i) improvement of business processes, (ii) strengthening of professional competencies, and (iii) empowerment of civil servants and increasing their safety.
