The functionality of the issuance of certificates of no ongoing criminal proceedings for legal entities is available through the e-Authorisations system.

The service of the issuance of a certificate of no ongoing criminal proceedings to a legal entity can be accessed at https://usluge.pravosudje.hr/uvjerenje-kazneni-postupak/.

NIAS credentials of all security levels can be used to log into the system.

If you are authorised to represent a legal entity in the e-Authorisations system, you may choose after login whether you want the certificate in your own name or the name of the legal person you represent.

All certificates through the e-Citizens system are issued by the Zagreb Municipal Court and are valid throughout Croatia.

The issued certificate can be found on the submitted requests page, and upon selection the certificate will be delivered to your email address.

Payment of court fees

Legal persons vested with public powers are exempt from court fees if the certificate is requested for the purposes of procedures arising from the exercise of public powers.

For other purposes, a court fee is applicable pursuant to the Decree on Court Fee Rates.

The court fee can be settled through the Croatian Public Levies Payment System by paying the fee of 15 HRK prior to submitting the request to the court. The terms and conditions of payment through the Public Levies Payment System are available at https://njd.fina.hr.

The court fee applicable for direct submission of the request to the court is 30 HRK, except in case of exemption from the payment of court fees.

Submission of the request to a court

The request must be submitted to any municipal court, with the exception of Zagreb Municipal Labour Court, Zagreb Municipal Civil Court, Zagreb Municipal Misdemeanour Court and Split Municipal Misdemeanour Court, if:
  • you require the certificate for use abroad, or
  • you are exempt from the payment of court fees on different grounds.
