Upgrade of the Court Register to introduce new e-services

In August 2022, a service contract for the upgrade of the Court Register (companies register) was signed between the Ministry of Justice and Public Administration and company Primus svetovanje d.o.o., in order to introduce new e-services under the project "e-Court Register – phase 2" with an implementation period of 15 months.

On 12 September 2022, the first working (kick-off) meeting was held, at which the representatives of Primus svetovanje d.o.o. presented the Work Plan with a detailed overview of the activities, their duration and expected deliverables and the Methodology of Work. They were also informed about the ongoing and planned project activities of the Ministry of Justice and Public Administration that are relevant for the process of delivery of contracted services and relevant stakeholders for the process of service delivery. 
The project will establish support for business processes and will technologically improve the court register system in order to introduce e-services and interconnect all participants in the procedure. The services will be connected to the NIAS and User Mailbox within the e-Citizens/e-Business systems for the purpose of electronic communication.
The project is co-financed by the European Union from the European Regional Development Fund under the Operational Programme Competitiveness and Cohesion 2014-2020. 
The total value of the project amounts to HRK 10,972,570, while the value of the contracted service amounts to HRK 7,500,000.
