The cycle of educational working meetings for prison and probation managers, held under the project "Strengthening human rights protection and public safety by improving the capacities of the Croatian probation service", activity "Cooperation between prison system and probation", was started on 1 April 2022 with the presentation of results of the research "Impacts of rewards on the motivation of the officers of the Directorate for Prison System and Probation", which had been conducted in cooperation between the Directorate for Prison System and Probation and the Training Centre.

In the period from April to October 2022, seven regional educational working meetings were held: in Zagreb (for the area of central Croatia), Požega (for the area of Slavonia), Rijeka (for the area of Istria and Kvarner) and Zadar (for the area of Dalmatia and Lika).
