Further educational working meetings on "Rewards and motivation in practice"

Following the first educational working meeting held on 1 April 2022 as part of the project "Strengthening human rights protection and public safety by improving the capacities of the Croatian probation service", activity "Cooperation between prison system and probation", two more educational working meetings took place at the Ministry of Justice and Public Administration on 7 and 29 April – working meetings for the management staff of the prison and the probation system from the territory of central Croatia.
In addition to the presentation of the results of research on the "Impacts of rewards on the motivation of the officers of the Directorate for Prison System and Probation", conducted in cooperation with prison and probation officers, experiences and ideas on rewards in practice were exchanged.
A total of 65 participants - heads of sector, directors and assistant directors of penal institutions, heads of departments in the prison system and heads of probation offices attended the April meetings.
The continuation of activities is planned through May and June and again in September 2022, when the meetings are going to be organised in Požega, Rijeka and Split.
