„Job shadowing- experiences and examples of good practice“

Within the project "Strengthening human rights protection and public safety by improving the capacities of the Croatian probation service", financed from the Norwegian Financial Mechanism, the final presentation of Activity 5 (Cooperation between donor country and beneficiary country) entitled "Job shadowing experiences and examples of good practice" was delivered on 8 December 2022.
Through five presentations, probation officers shared their experiences from participating in job shadowing activities in the probation services of Latvia, Norway, Ireland, the Netherlands and Portugal. They presented the similarities and differences among the probation systems, the insights gained, examples of good practice and the possibilities of implementing the acquired knowledge and experience in the national probation system.
