Second regional meeting of probation officers

Under the project "Strengthening  human rights protection and public safety by improving the capacities of the Croatian probation service", financed by the Norwegian Financial Mechanism, the second Regional Meeting of Probation Officers was held in Split on 21 March 2023. 

The meeting was attended by probation officers of the Zadar Probation Office, Split Probation Office and Dubrovnik Probation Office.

The regional meeting of probation officers is one of the measures recommended on the basis of the results of research on the psychosocial climate and working environment in the probation service.

The topic of the meeting was related to the presentation of project components and implemented activities, identification of key factors related to motivation and development of resources of the probation service, and the exchange of experience among probation officers from different probation offices.

Probation officers who attended the second Regional Meeting of Probation Officers in Split also expressed their satisfaction with the organisation of regional meetings and highlighted the importance of organising further meetings.
